What this website collects

If you schedule a visit, we collect your first name, your preferred language, and, only if you ask for reminders, the phone number or email you give us for those reminders. We do not collect Social Security numbers, ID numbers, dates of birth, or benefit information through this website.

Reminders

Reminders are optional. If you choose them, we save the date and the wording you agreed to. You can stop reminders at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling our staff.

Website statistics

Only if you allow it, we count page visits and button clicks (like “Get directions”) using our own system, without advertising cookies. The data is not sold.

Maps and scheduling

The Google map and the Cal.com scheduling calendar load only when you choose to load them. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Who can see your information

Only Rera staff members who need it can see contact details you provide, and each lookup is logged.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details only as long as needed to serve your visit and then delete them on a set schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the contact information you gave us by asking our staff at the office. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
